Let us digress. Let us go back to the founding of our Constitutional Republic and the distinct instructions left by our founding fathers for such a time as this. It distinctly reads and forewarns:
“When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States.”
Today, we live in a political climate that indicts opponents and suppresses the voice of those that dare to defy the prescribed narrative of those in power. The Biden administration, judiciary, supporting agencies, and its globalists backers are defiling and disregarding the rights of the American people given to them, not by a party or man, but bestowed upon them by God. A right given by God at birth can never be removed by mortal man and truly stands the test of time. Our founders came together in unanimous agreement that our rights are Divinely given. This agreed upon fact was the incubator for a Nation of freeborn and sovereign individuals responsible for their own destiny.
Now, in our current situation, we face persecution and prosecution for voicing concerns over election integrity, taking a pro-life stance in protest, and fundamentally disagreeing with anything that violates the lunacy of the progressive left, also known as Marxists. If you do, however, choose to take one of these stances, it now earns you a pre-dawn raid and incarceration in America’s finest gulags.
Our government has become tyrannical. “How dare you question our supreme authority or the manner in which we govern?” It would be preferable if the ideas behind their actions were clearly stated. Unfortunately, that is not how power-hungry cowards operate. They operate in the shadows under cover of darkness and deception.
Our founders intended equals justice under the laws agreed upon by We the People. The beauty of our founding framework is that governance only occurs with the consent of the governed. That monumental caveat has been lost in the era of Biden and his authoritarian regime. You cannot peacefully redress your government regarding a possible stolen election. You cannot ask for transparency. You cannot ask for accountability or to see “the receipts.” You cannot question the elite without consequences.
Let’s look back at a few moments in time to September 28, 2018. Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation brought an invasion and storming of the U.S. Capitol. They took over the Senate building and interrupted the normal operations of the Capitol that day. You can see the level of interruption here below. Over 227 arrests were made over 3 days. An overwhelming majority of charges involving disorderly conduct were dismissed.
We cannot forget the Climate Change protesters that physically occupied Nancy Pelosi’s office. We are left wondering if one of the activists put their feet on her desk or occupied her coveted desk chair. These protesters were congratulated by AOC for “being brave and putting their lives and bodies on the line for such an important cause.” They received praise despite the fact they interrupted the daily operations of Congress, something many January 6 defendants have found themselves rotting in jail over.
Let us now fast forward to the Trump White House in May of 2020. Police were engaged, police cars and property was set on fire. The President was forced into the bunker during lock-down as vandalism and looting occurred at the White House. The White House was overrun. Buildings were set ablaze and, as usual, the media portrayed the protest as mostly peaceful. Hundreds of officers were hurt and much property damaged; consequently, there were over 200 people arrested. One, let me repeat that, One felony charge was upheld and the rest set aside. Now we are in the midst of more political outrage over the war in Gaza. On October 18, 2023, protesters stormed the U.S. Capitol. Members of Congress were shuttled off property just as they were on January 6, 2021. Protesters brought banners and signs on Capitol property. This event interrupted the official business of Congress while the House of Representatives was attempting to pick a new Speaker. Zero protesters were arrested for obstruction of Congress, interrupting a session of Congress, picketing or parading. Time will tell how many charges are dropped and forgotten.
On November 4, 2023 Pro-Palestinian protesters scaled the fences of the White House and vandalized with red paint. There, as usual, were no charges and newscasters claimed that the White House operated as usual in the midst of the “mostly peaceful” protests.
The pattern is very apparent. We have endured abuses and usurpations from a tyrannical government, now designed to silence any American that values our Constitutional Republic and its founding upon Godly values. In the last 3 years we have seen a blatant weaponization of our “justice” system against conservatives and a blatant disregard for laws when crimes are committed by the lunacy of the left. Trump and those loyal to him are being hunted down by a Department of Justice that has become the strong arm of the Biden Regime. There are over 1300 January 6th defendants that have had due process denied, voting rights stolen, 2nd Amendment rights stolen, and are being canceled out of society. This is occurring because they simply redressed their government because they felt something was wrong, yet again, with our elections.
The government is no longer of, for, or by We the People. Our government is not representative of the traditional American values upon which our Nation and the Republic was built. Our founding fathers stood up to tyranny in order to form a more perfect Union under God. Now, at this precipice, we again stand before tyrants with the necessity to abolish this form and institute a new version, again representative of our American values and dreams. We the People of the United States of America withdraw our consent.
